Pickleball Japan (PJ) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations, and recognizes that properly handling information that can identify our customers (hereafter, “personal information”) is an important social responsibility. In light of this, PJ has established the following basic policy on the protection of personal information.
When PJ collects personal information through this site, it does so in principle based on information customers choose to provide. On this website, customers may be asked to provide their information in the following situations:
When PJ collects personal information other than as described above, we will disclose or notify the purpose of use and collect it by lawful and fair means, within the scope necessary to achieve that purpose. “Personal information” collected by PJ refers to personal information provided by customers, as well as personal information PJ collects itself or receives from third parties (including personal information contained in audio, images, or video).
