[International Tournament / Sendai, Miyagi] [Important] Player Handbook Published, Pro Category Schedule Change: THE SUPER SPORTS XEBIO APP ASIA Qualifier Series SENDAI 2026

Thank you as always for your support of Pickleball Japan’s activities.
We are pleased to publish the player handbook for THE SUPER SPORTS XEBIO APP ASIA Qualifier Series SENDAI 2026, taking place September 18 (Fri) – 20 (Sun), 2026 in Sendai, Miyagi. We have also changed the Pro category’s competition schedule based on final entry numbers. All Pro category competitors must review this notice.

[Important] The Pro category competition schedule has changed.
Based on final entry numbers, each Pro category event will now be completed in a single day rather than spread across two.
· Saturday, September 19: All Men’s Doubles Pro and Women’s Doubles Pro matches
· Sunday, September 20: All Mixed Doubles Pro matches
Previously, all three Pro events were scheduled to play Round 1 through the Round of 16 plus consolation on September 19, and quarterfinals through the final on September 20. Under the new schedule, Men’s Doubles Pro and Women’s Doubles Pro competitors will play only on September 19, and Mixed Doubles Pro competitors will play only on September 20.
There is no change to the schedule for the general categories.

September 18 (Fri): Check-in 12:00 PM / Final check-in 12:45 PM / Play begins 1:00 PM, expected finish around 6:00 PM
 Men’s Doubles 50+, Women’s Doubles 50+
 Pro category official practice (around 4:00 PM, once roll courts are set up)

September 19 (Sat): Check-in 9:00 AM / Final check-in 9:15 AM / Play begins 9:30 AM, expected finish around 6:00 PM
 Men’s Doubles Pro: all matches, Women’s Doubles Pro: all matches
 Mixed Doubles 19+ / 35+ / 50+

September 20 (Sun): Check-in 9:00 AM / Final check-in 9:15 AM / Play begins 9:30 AM, expected finish around 6:00 PM
 Mixed Doubles Pro: all matches
 Men’s Doubles 19+ / 35+, Women’s Doubles 19+ / 35+

[Please Check Before You Arrive]
· Venue parking is not available. Please use public transportation or a nearby paid parking lot (5 minutes on foot from Exit Kita-2 of Kita-Sendai Station on the subway, or about 10 minutes on foot from JR Kita-Sendai Station).
· Please check in as a pair. Players in high school or younger must complete a parental consent form at check-in.
· Indoor shoes are required inside the arena. Balls are not provided for open practice, so please bring your own.
· There are no trash bins available in the facility. Please take all of your trash home with you.
· Original T-shirts must be reserved in advance. The reservation deadline is Thursday, September 17 at 6:00 PM.
